Return & Exchange Policy
Our company promises that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date):
The product itself has quality problems;
The product was damaged during transportation;
The wrong product was sent, or the product does not match the purchase, but it does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:
Personalized customized products;
The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);
The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;
The product's outer packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), affecting resale, and is not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy;
Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which were confirmed as unsuitable for return at the time of purchase;
Other situations where the product's condition is poor and affects resale.
How to Apply for a Return
For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to our after-sales service email address, provided the item is in its original condition and suitable for resale. Our customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For returns/exchanges due to quality issues: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to service@mail.mrxxrb.com to our after-sales service center. Our customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Regarding refunds: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly. Once the courier company receives the goods, they will notify us to process the refund. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
